In any PTA, we rely heavily on the time of volunteers. We are volunteers ourselves. Without volunteers, there would not be any PTA. Any time that you are willing to give freely, we highly appreciate. It does not matter if you can only offer help once in a while, or help at every single event. ALL are appreciated.

Depending on what position you are volunteering for, some require more commitment than others. Here is a list of types of positions we have for volunteers:

1. one time/one event: one time or one event time volunteering

2. Committee leader: leader of an event or role (navigate to the Committees page for more information)

3. Board member: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary (chosen at the beginning of the school year)

Before volunteering, you should review the time you can offer as a commitment. Some events cannot be held unless we have a certain amount of staff for it. This can mean that if ONE person does not show, it can cause a lot of chaos. It may even lead to a cancellation of an event. It's better for us to know ahead of time if you can or cannot commit to that task.
